Born and raised in South Florida, Jessica A. Orenstein is a passionate personal injury trial attorney at Weinstein & Cohen. She represents individuals and families in complex cases ranging from motor vehicle accidents and premises liability to wrongful death, medical malpractice, construction defects, and catastrophic injuries.

Before joining Weinstein & Cohen as an associate, Jessica gained valuable experience working on both the plaintiff and defense sides of major injury claims. She began her legal career as a premises liability attorney, then broadened her expertise handling auto, trucking, products liability, and insurance-coverage disputes. Her dual-side experience equips her with a strategic edge in negotiating settlements and preparing cases for trial.

Jessica earned her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Florida. She is admitted to practice in Florida and both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. A longtime active volunteer, she has supported Planned Parenthood of South Florida and is a proud alumna of Phi Alpha Delta and Chi Omega.

Known for her dedication, empathy, and strong communication skills, Jessica ensures clients feel supported and informed every step of their journey. Whether at the courthouse or settlement table, she fights relentlessly for justice and full compensation.
